[Today's entry opens to a... surprisingly happy Kinzo. In fact, whether or not you know him, whether you know him from Route, canon, or are just seeing him for the first time - there is something about Kinzo tonight that is making him glow.]

Forgive me if my leaving like this disturbed anyone - I'm headed for Cherrygrove immediately, but I'll be returning to Violet City shortly. Something-- Someone important came up, and I will not wait for anything to see her again. It's been far too long as it is, and more importantly, a man should never keep a woman waiting for long.

[Aaand that "her" should pretty much explain the situation, whether you know the specifics or not.]

You know... Suddenly, perhaps it's just the night time sky, but I don't think I would mind being here for a little while longer now. I have a large task ahead of me, but as things stand as they are now... Indeed. Maybe I need to re-examine this "Johto" idea again.

I was thinking something along those lines myself... For me there isn't really a 'home' anymore outside of one I can make with you, but that will be wherever you are, so if you are here, I have no particular need to go back. Here we don't have to hide anything, we don't have to be secretive to be together, because the part of your family that would care isn't around...

...Maybe I'm just being a bit selfish, though.
