I was admiring the water before, it is very nice... If the ocean is around here as well, that might be nice, just show me anything you like~

Hahahaha...! Is that what you think, my witch? [Kinzo shakes his head, chuckling.] If my spell worked, well, then I have nothing to complain about.

It is indeed! That's not how it was supposed to go, witches are not meant to fall in love too - or be caught up in a spell, for that matter!

I should be cursing you for what a fool you've made of me, but I just can't bring myself to~

No matter. If any other witch finds a problem with it, they're merely jealous.

Hohohoho... If it's a curse from you, I wouldn't mind. I'll consider it a gift.

[She laughs, pressing closer to his side] Yes, I think you're right, anyone, even a witch, would be jealous of someone as wonderful as you~

I'll force you to eat my cooking, of course! When we're not doing that...you'll have the horrid task of strolling along the beach with me.
But worst of all, you must be my lover and my equal.

[She laughs, though it's far from the cackling laughter of the real witch.

[Kinzo pauses for a moment. If that's what she wants, well-- If she doesn't mind being interrupted while she laughs... and, honestly, even if she does, Kinzo will be stopping to place a hand on her shoulder, to look her in the eyes, and just... look at her.]

Ever since I've known you, from our conversations on the island to even the simplest glance exchanged across our borders there, I've been becoming more and more a new man. ... No, perhaps it would be better to say that I've become a man - become anything - for the very first time.

You gave me life, Bice. To say that you are my life would hardly be that far of a stretch.

[he raises one hand to stroke her cheek]

I am not so arrogant to say that this was such a thing as love at first sight... That is a thing of fairy tales. But if I could give you a fairy tale, if I could be your knight forever, or if I could even just grant you just happiness and that alone... then I would gladly give everything to do so.

[a kiss on her forehead follows. this... is quite the curse indeed.]

[Bice stops laughing when she feels his hand on her shoulder to turn back to him, blushing deeply throughout his speech.]

Kinzo...haha, what can I say...I will always love you too, of course. It would be impossible to ever stop or waver in the slightest.

[She takes a step closer to wrap her arms around him, leaning her head on his shoulder.]

You know it's the same for me...I never truly lived until I met you, but as I came to know and love you, I slowly became 'whole'; without you, I fear I would lose that. Your presence is enough to give me all the happiness I could ever need, but being with you like this is my own paradise.

... I'm glad to hear that. [a slight pause] Know I would never, ever force you to do anything.

[he pulls her closer, resting his head against hers.]

I feel the same way, Bice. So... Let us make the most of this paradise we have found, shall we?

Absolutely wonderful, of course. I know I've said it before, but I'll repeat it - I wouldn't mind staying here at all, if I can be with you like this; where it can truly be 'us'.
